BREASTFEEDING SELF-EFFICACY IN PREGNANT WOMEN AND EFFECTIVE FACTORS IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting breastfeeding self-efficacy of pregnant women in COVID-19 pandemic.This descriptive correlational between 15 January and June, 2021. The sample consisted 320 women’, who were their third trimester, had a single healthy fetus, spontaneous pregnancy no health problems. data collected using an Information Form Prenatal Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale.The mean total Scale score participants 79.08±13.86. seven variables with significant effects on scores were, being knowledgeable COVID-19, thinking is beneficial for baby, going prenatal care checkups time, gestational week, educational status, age, receiving consultancy pandemic.
